At Sage Studio, we believe yoga is a practice of connection—bringing together movement, breath, and mindfulness to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Our classes invite you to slow down, tune into your body, and move with intention, creating space to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a greater sense of balance.
Our yoga offering includes dynamic flows, restorative Yin, breathwork, and meditation, with each class guided by an instructor's unique style and experience. While every class shares the same intention of mindful movement and connection, each teacher offers something a little different.
We encourage you to explore our schedule, experience a variety of classes, and discover the practices and instructors that resonate most with you.

All you need is comfortable clothing, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel. We provide all mats and equipment, so to help maintain a clean and hygienic studio environment, we ask that every client uses a sweat towel during class. You're welcome to bring your own, or hire one from us if you forget. Socks are completely optional, although many clients prefer to wear grip socks during Pilates—we also have a range available to purchase in the studio.
-
Sage Studio has four dedicated client car parks located directly in front of the studio. If they're full or you’re early, there's plenty of roadside and nearby big carparks available. During the busy months, we recommend allowing a little extra time for parking to ensure you arrive with plenty of time before your class begins.
-
Yes. We have changing facilities and a shower available for clients, so whether you're heading to work or continuing with your day, you can freshen up after class.
