Frequently Asked Questions

I'm new to Yoga and Pilates. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive for all experience levels. Whether it's your very first class or you've been moving for years, our instructors will provide options throughout the session so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body.

What should I bring to class? Do I have to bring a sweat towel?

All you need is comfortable clothing, a drink bottle, and a sweat towel. We provide all mats and equipment, so to help maintain a clean and hygienic studio environment, we ask that every client bring a sweat towel to use during class. You're welcome to hire one from us if you forget. Socks are completely optional, although many clients prefer to wear grip socks during Pilates—we also have a range available to purchase in the studio.

Is there parking available?

Sage Studio has limited dedicated client car parks located directly in front of the studio. If they're full or you arrive early, there's plenty of roadside and nearby carparks available. During the busy months, we recommend allowing a little extra time for parking to ensure you arrive with plenty of time before your class begins.

How do I book a class?

Click the booking link below to be taken to our online booking platform, Momence, where you can explore our timetable, purchase memberships or class passes, and reserve your spot in class. We recommend booking in advance, as class sizes are limited and can fill quickly.

Are there showers and changing facilities?

Yes. We have changing facilities and a shower available for clients, so whether you're heading to work or continuing with your day, you can freshen up after class.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you can no longer attend your class, please cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours are not eligible for a refund or class credit. If you do not attend your booked class without cancelling, a $5 no-show fee will apply. Cancelling in advance also allows someone on the waitlist to enjoy the class.
